Founded to promote fairer economic relations between Africa and the European Union in Brussels, AEFJN has adopted a new strategy of supporting an African driven advocacy. An outcome of this strategy is the interfaith West African Caravan that is linking rural communities to take their future in their own hands and safeguard their natural resources. It is expected that the same initiative will be stirred up in the different regions of Africa.
Chika Onyejiuwa, member of the Congregation of the Holy Spirit, works at AEFJN as Executive Secretary, in Brussels.
He speaks on the side of the workshop that he animated, in October 2019, for the spiritan JPIC (Justice Peace and Integrity of Creation) meeting in Scotland.
